A practice built around one pair of hands.

Dean founded Readymark after over a decade on the tools, tired of watching homeowners pour money into upgrades that looked good for a week and moved little else.

Born and raised on the Mid North Coast, he knows what holds up here. A deck that handles the sea breeze, a pergola that frames the view, a fence line that sits straight and stays that way. Minor internal carpentry finished with care. Every project is Dean’s from first walk-through to handover — no surprises, no shortcuts.
